TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read carefully. By confirming the commission, you automatically agree to all the terms outlined.

GENERAL

⟣ I will refuse the commission if I might not be able to meet your standards.⟣ All payment conditions are based on USD. The prices stated in public are for personal and non-commercial use only.⟣ CREDIT me whenever the commission piece you posted or used online.⟣ Please don't rush me, all commissions will be queued and handled in order of priority.⟣ My work-in-progress and sketchs will be completely accessible to you.⟣ Commissions will take up to 2 week until 2 months or possibly more to complete.
The commissions take a long time, but of course i'll be sending updates!

REQUIREMENT

⟣ Please provide as many references as possible, especially for character appearances. If the design references you provide are not your own, please ensure they are legally usable. Once the commission has been accepted, no changes to the commission requirements are allowed.⟣ Please describe your specific requirements in detail (such as expressions, poses, lighting, atmosphere, clothing, etc.). If you're unsure, we can discuss it together, or you can also let me take creative freedom!⟣ If the description is text-only and you require assistance with character design, there will be an additional charge of 25% (or more). Depending on the complexity of the design.

PAYMENT

⟣ I only accept PayPal, unless you're Taiwanese.⟣ Commission will only begin after receiving the full payment. Until then, the commission is not confirmed, and verbal reservations are not accepted.⟣ II can do 50/50 payments if commissions over $150 USD.⟣ Additional characters will cost +40% of the base price.

Refunds and Cancellations

⟣ Once payment is received and the commission is added to the queue, cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted, even if work has not yet begun.⟣ Minor adjustments can be made after the final artwork is delivered, if any revisions are needed, please be sure to let me know. Requests for refunds due to dissatisfaction will not be accommodated.⟣ If I am unable to complete the commission within the agreed timeframe without prior notice, a full refund will be issued.

REVISIONS

⟣ Major revisions during the sketch stage are limited to 3 times. Over 3 times will cost additional fees depending on the complexity of the revisions.⟣ After the sketch is approved, I don't accept changes to the entire piece, including pose, lineart, rendering, or colors, nor revisions that significantly deviate from the original commission request. (EX: The initial request was for the character to be lying on the ground, but later ask to change it to standing up.)⟣ Once the sketch is finalized, there will be a second revision phase. I will only accept minor revisions, corrections to any design errors, or tweaks to the lighting and shading.

commission process

⟣ Please send me the commission form I have provided, if you have additional questions not covered in the form, feel free to ask!⟣ Once the details are finalized and payment is received, your commission will be officially added to the queue. The completion time ranges from 2 weeks to 2 months. If you have a specific deadline, please inform me in advance.⟣ After the artwork is completed, a low-resolution version will be sent for confirmation. If revisions are needed, please notify me within 48 hours. If no response is received within the time frame, the commission will automatically be considered finalized. Upon finalization, I will provide a high-resolution file via a Google Drive link.

USE

⟣ For personal use: You can use the art as a wallpaper, pfp, header, print it for personal collection or as a gift, post it online with CREDITS.⟣ Commissions are only for personal use. Commercial use or if you don't want me to upload it online (remain completely private) will add 50% of the original price.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & USAGE POLICY

⟣ I retain all rights to my work, which include all commissions in my portfolio or post them online.
⟣ You can request that I post your commission piece with a watermark. I won't add it if you don't request before the commission is completed.⟣ Whether for personal or commercial use, my work is strictly prohibited from being used for AI or NFT.
